I really think that Kevin DuBrow, front man for Quiet Riot, had it right. To bad he died of a cocaine overdose in 2007 after I missed a chance to see him in concert.

But he said that Metal Health will cure your mad. He also said it will drive you crazy. Maybe that's where my sickness began. With that devils music and now I am the end product. Well what about all the other metal lovers?? Ok, guess that isn't the answer. Course it didn't do much for Kevin did it?

But I was searching for Quiet Riot tonight to put on my website and I came across there Metal Health Video. DAMN!! I say DAMN!! I have never felt more alive In I don't know how long. The music lifts me up. Why is that? Why not gospel?? I was raised on that! But DAMN!! That music goes all thru me!

AC/DC, Quiet Riot, Foreigner, Queen, Sammy Hagar, Ozzie, Styx, White Snake, Black Sabath, .38 special, Rush, All of which except QR I have seen in concert. I hear that music and I am ME again. Who I thought I was. I wanna go buy a muscle car and get high and jam! I want Rita by my side, HighSchool Sweetheart! Son Of A Biscuit, I haven't written like this in forever. I WANNA LIVE!! Crazy man.

As Huey Lewis said, "THE HEART OF ROCK AND ROLL IS STILL BEATIN'". So how do you go back?? Alas, there may be no way. But if my life depends on it then what??? I barely exist now. I was ALIVE then. I could have conquered the world! I WAS the world!

That's exactly how I fell, I know it is in reality. There's no way back. Now that your here. Now I just bang my head (Literally), in frustration. Damn was Kevin a fucking genius or what?? And look where he is now. He's there and no way back. I have never understood a song so well with out being out of my gourd on dope. Or maybe I am now on this prescription shit!

If I could only hold on to this feeling. Cook it and inject it when needed. Maybe I could break free!
